Invitation to Exhibit


During ICM there will be an area for exhibition ranging from magnetic measuring, vacuum and material analysis equipments, permanent magnets, superconductivity, recording, books etc..
Individuals and organizations are kindly invited to join ICM and reserve a booth space for exhibiting their products. With such a unique opportunity to accommodate the conference in Rome, ICM serves as an excellent platform to promote their product portfolio to a broad audience of experts. So please be welcomed to reserve a booth space of choice at this event for professionals.

Coffee service will be offered for participants close to the exhibit area. The informal atmosphere will facilitate in making quality contacts between companies and attendees. Exact details about the set-up and dismantling of the show will be available in a "Exhibitor Service Kit", containing all necessary forms and information regarding booth furnishings, electrical and utility service and shipping. The Audience

Attendees of ICM - 2003 are primarily scientists, engineers and managers representing a diverse range in disciplines related to the physics and engineering applications of magnetism and magnetic materials. Principal areas of interest cover both theory and applications, and include magnetic recording, permanent magnets, magnetic sensors, magnetic computation, magnetism in the biological sciences and microwave magnetics to name but a few. From around the world a large number of scientists and engineers from universities, research institutions and companies will present their recent findings. A large number of attendees (more than 1200 ) is expected .




Mandatory

Palazzo dei Congressi - EUR and the Local Organizing Committee do not assume any responsibility for any damages to persons, materials, equipments, instruments.
For this reason, at the Conference, each exhibitor has to show his own "ALL RISKS" insurance.

Booth Fee and What It Includes

Standard booth

The standard booth fee is set at Euro 2500 including access to the conference for two booth personnel as well as one copy of the Abstract booklet and Program.
Booth space assignments will be allocated in order applications are received with payment.
  1. A comprehensive Exhibitor Service Kit containing all necessary forms and information regarding booth furnishings, electrical and utility service and shipping directions.
  2. A 50 % discount on the registration fee (full fee = Euro 480) for extra booth personnel .
  3. One standard booth of 3 x 3 sqm.
  4. White wall elements, in aluminium frame construction, 250 cm high.
  5. Aluminium fascia board with company name on adhesive paper (logotype excluded).
  6. 6. Carpet .
  7. One desk with two chairs
  8. Electrical main connection 1 kW, incl. power supply.
  9. Double wall socket 1 kW.
  10. Two spotlights (100 W)
  11. A hyperlink to your company Website from the ICM website.
  12. Admission to coffee/tea breaks.
  13. 24 hours Security.
  14. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the aisles and common exhibit areas.
  15. A listing of company name, booth location and products or services in the Conference Abstract book that will be distributed on-site to all participants.
  16. Complimentary admission to the (Plenary), Oral and Poster .

Small booth

The small booth consists of a desk suitable for disseminating literature, books etc.
It is reserved for Publishers only. The fee is set at Euro 1500 including access to the Conference for one booth personnel as well as one copy of the Conference Abstract book and Program booklet.
Booth space assignments will be allocated in order applications are received with payment.

The fee includes:

Exhibitors Kit and Badges

A complete Exhibitors Service Kit will be sent to each exhibitor approximately 60 days before the start of the conference. Furniture rentals, fixtures and labor will be available from the decorator. No shipments are to be sent directly to the meeting location. Shipping directions will be included in the Exhibitors Service Kit.

Deviations from the standard arrangement as mentioned in the section, are possible (with an extra fee) in co-operation with the official decorator.

The badges will be included in a packet that will be distributed on-site to all exhibitors. The badges are put on name and will give access to the conference, but does not include access to the conference reception (social dinner). Reception (Social dinner) tickets are available either in advance or on site. We also wish to draw your attention to the events which are sponsorable.
